3.2 Only individuals who have reached the legal gambling age as defined by their jurisdiction of residence are permitted to participate. Players bear the sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable age restrictions. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance.

4. Accepted Currencies

5. Fees and Taxes

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risks, and the Company is not liable for any losses incurred while using the website.

7.3 The Company shall not be held liable for any technical malfunctions, including software or hardware failures, connectivity issues, or other disruptions that may affect gameplay.
8. Player Accounts
8.1 Each user is permitted only one account. The creation of multiple accounts may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. Players must not share their accounts or grant access to third parties.
8.2 The use of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) is strictly prohibited.
8.3 If an IP overlap is detected between multiple accounts, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access without the possibility of appeal.
8.4 Players must provide verification documents upon request, which may include identification, proof of residence, or financial statements.
8.5 Failure to provide accurate or verifiable documentation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
8.6 By opening an account on our Website and by using our Website you warrant that: you warrant to keep the confidentiality and non-availability for the third parties of your personal data: email, password, payment method, device and you bear responsibility for any and all activities and transactions that occur under your account. You are liable for any incurred losses on your account due to the third parties actions.
9. Anti-Fraud Policy
9.1 The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilises various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:
a. Participating in any type of collusion with other players,
b. Development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings,
c. Fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers,
d. Depositing money from ill-gotten means,
e. Chargeback procedures with a credit card or denial of some payments made,
f. Creating two or more accounts,
Other types of cheating, or becomes a bankrupt in the country of their residence, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Player Account and suspend all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company and the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons of such actions. The Company also reserves the right to inform applicable regulatory bodies of the fraudulent actions performed by the player.
The Casino has zero tolerance to advantage play. Any player who will try to gain advantage of casino welcome offers or other promotions agrees that Company reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses, for the reasons of:
a. use of stolen cards;
b. chargebacks;
c. creating more than one account in order to get an advantage from casino promotions;
d. providing incorrect registration data;
e. providing of forged documents;
f. any other actions which may damage the Casino;
g. low risk roulette play where the player betting equal stakes for both black/red or even/odd covering 25 or more out of 37 numbers on the table. (Placing bets on black/red only covers 36 of 37 possible numbers).
9.3 The Casino reserves the right to close your Player Account and to refund to you the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.
9.4 That Company reserves the right to initiate the KYC procedure in any time of existance of Player's account.
9.5 In order to verify player`s account casino management require documents (ID, payment systems, utility bills еtc) in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. In case player doesn’t have an opportunity to provide documents in above-mentioned alphabets casino reserves the right to demand video verification where player shows his/her documents.
9.6 You are required to submit the requested documents in the valid format within 7 (seven) days from the initial request. If you fail to provide the necessary documents within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend your account or deny your withdrawal request, as applicable.
9.7 The Casino reserves the right to retain payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s) who has/have manipulated the casino system or attempted to do so. The Casino reserves the right to terminate and/or change any games or events being offered on the Website.
9.8 Should you become aware of any possible errors or incompleteness in the software, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them. Moreover, you agree to report to the Casino any error or incompleteness immediately. Should you fail to fulfill such obligations, the Casino has a right to full compensation for all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred in association with the respective error/incompleteness and the failed notification.
9.9 If the Player Account accumulates winnings exceeding the total maximum limits set by the Company within the last 7 (seven) days, or if the Player receives a single winning amount exceeding the specified limits, the Company reserves the right to initiate a verification of the Player's activity and partly suspend Player Account for an indefinite period. Based on the results of the verification, the Company may take into acctions the following:
- refuse to pay out the Player's winnings and (or) accumulated winnings;
- prohibit the Player from further participation in games.The Company independently determines the maximum outlined above limits, which do not require prior approval from the Player. However, the Player has the right to contact the Company to obtain information about the current limits before starting to participate in any games.
9.10 Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times in slots (player must place bets three times of their deposit amount), or 10 times in other types of games (table games, roulette, video poker, etc.) (player must place bets three times of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of the Casino.
9.11 The casino is not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services (including fiat-crypto exchange) will be offered at any time.
10. Deposits
10.1 Players should contact support to confirm available payment options for their region.
10.2 The minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR or equivalent. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
10.3 Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's name. Third-party deposits may be reversed, and funds lost due to such transactions will not be reimbursed.
11. Withdrawal Policy
11.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 EUR or equivalent.
11.2 If a player has not wagered at least three times their deposit before withdrawal, transaction fees may apply.
11.3 The Company may conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals and reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in case of inconsistencies.
11.4 Daily withdrawal limit is 4,000 EUR (or equivalent); weekly withdrawal limit is 8,000 EUR (or equivalent); monthly withdrawal limit is 30,000 EUR (or equivalent). If you win more than 30,000 EUR (or equivalent), the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of maximum 30,000 EUR until the full amount is paid out. Maximum one withdrawal per day can be processed.
The maximum profit you can earn from all Casino Games, excluding progressive jackpot wins, within a 24-hour period is capped one hundred thousand EUR for VIP users and fifty thousand EUR for non-VIP users. If your profits exceed these amounts within any twenty-four hour period, any additional bets or wagers placed during that time will be considered void, and the amounts wagered will be returned to you. If any bet or wager causes your profits to exceed the specified limit within the twenty-four hour period, you will be entitled to receive payment only up to one hundred thousand EUR if you are a VIP user, or up to fifty thousand EUR if you are a non-VIP user. Any profits beyond these limits may not be paid out at our discretion.
Players with up to 3 first deposits can withdraw a maximum of 1,000 EUR (or equivalent) per transaction.
Withdrawal requests may take up to 24 hours to be processed on the casino's end; however, they are typically completed much sooner.
11.5 Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full, regardless of standard withdrawal limits.
12. Dormant Accounts
12.1 Accounts that remain inactive for 90 days will be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to close such accounts and retain any remaining balance.
12.2 Dormant accounts may be reactivated upon request by contacting customer support.
13. Responsible Gambling
13.1 The Company actively monitors player behavior for signs of problem gambling.
13.2 If problematic gambling patterns are identified, we may impose account restrictions or suspensions to promote responsible gaming.
13.3 Indicators of potential gambling-related concerns include excessive playing time, frequent deposits, and repeated requests to increase betting limits.
